BEEN FOREVER AGAIN

WELL IT HAS BEEN FOREVER AGAIN AND I'M SO SORRY!
Really so much has happened since the last time I posted. Here are some of the highlights, probably not in order...
For one of the long weekends ( I'm thinking it was Labor Day) we went up with my family to Bear Lake and went to a fantastic cave up there...
We then went on a bike ride around the town...
On that Monday we woke up early to get a good water ski run and Haylie was trying so hard to make everything great for us and in the process she broke her wrist. The first Hirst girl to break a bone and get a cast... I get to recruit for the college so with a group of other recruiters we went to Snow College and on the way home we took pictures at the Manti Temple...A couple weeks later Tony and I got to go up North for a few weddings and haning out with my family...
First Danielle and Preston...

The best cake feeding/ stuffing in the entire world...
Second was Gary and Sara's Wedding...
Groom's dinner the night before...
At the temple...
We also got to do some fishing at the neighborhood pond...
And Tony washed my parents windows, something he does really well...
So here are some highlights for the last little while, hopefully this will work for a little while and I hope to do better on keeping up to date.

24th of July

This year was the funnest 24th of July celebration that I have been to. Tony and I spent some time with Tony's family in the city of Hatch. This little town did a great job on their celebration!Tony got to play horseshoes on of he favorite games. And here are some of our cute nieces and nephews!

Oregon Trip Continued

We spent a whole day at the beach which was a ton of fun. I got to help build my first sand castle! It took a lot of work but it was a ton of fun. We had a ton of build in features. The boys were so fun. Isaac, Noah, Bannock, David and Benjamin worked so hard on it...
Even when the tide came and started washing away our castle they fought to protect it until the very end.

Tony took the opportunity of me being occupied to try skim boarding with a boogie board. It was kind of weird but it worked.

Well operation PT Cruiser "Dude, what happened to the UHAUL?" Kind of an inside joke with the family.

Our last day of our vacation we got to go to the Portland temple and did baptisms. It was a wonderful experience and a great tradition!

Oregon Trip/ Family Reunion

This was such a fun week. I really wish that I could so all of the fun that we had but it would take way to much time and room and so I will just show the highlights.
At our first stop we were truly within yards of the beach.

The big fad during our trip was kite flying!

We got to go to tide pools where we saw tons of starfish! We also saw seals and a light house.

We got to go on a fantastic hike to a waterfall. There was wonderful lighting in the woods. Also the boys stripped down just to their undies and they really reminded me of the book "Lord of the Flies" a book I got to read in AP English. There was a phenomenal bridge that took us over the waterfall.

MORE TO COME!!!

Tony's 23rd birthday

This was such a fun evening, even though it was almost a week early, a bunch of Tony's friends come to dinner. We were absolutally amazed the amount of friends that actually showed up. We also celebrated Cody and Bryce's Birthday! Thanks so much everyone so much for coming!

4th of July in St. George

Well this is the first 4th of July I have spent out of the Valley. It was a ton different from what I was use to but it was still very fun. Probably the coolest but weirdest part was that the fireworks were shot off the hill and also at the park but not really at the same time which was kind of confusing... But really fun!!!!
